To level up lockpicking in Fallout 76, you gotta focus on increasing your Perception attribute, cuz that’s where the magic happens. Lockpicking is a perk under Perception, so the higher your Perception, the higher level locks you can pick. You start by equipping the Picklock perk card, which you’ll get as you level up. Want to pick higher-level locks? Keep an eye out for the Expert Picklock and Master Picklock cards as you level up. Remember, you gotta equip all three cards to crack the toughest safes open.

Just level up, grab the Picklock perk card, and start picking locks. It's that simple. More XP = Higher levels = Better lockpicking.

Don't overthink it. Most locks can be picked with practice. Just equip the perk and start picking everything you see. Lockpicking practically levels up by itself if you're always trying it on new locks.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
