First, you log into your EA account on a browser. Then, find the 'Connections' tab under 'Account Settings' and there, you can link your PSN.

I just did this recently: log into your EA account from a browser, go to 'Account Settings' > 'Connections', and select 'Link' for PlayStation Network. Simple!
