Open the PlayStation App, sign in, and make sure both your phone and PS5 are on the same network. Then, go to 'Settings > Console Management > Link Console to App' on your PS5.

I've done it! Just make sure the PlayStation App and your PS5 are on the same Wi-Fi. Then, sign into the app, tap the PS button on your PS5, go to 'Settings,' and select 'Console Management' to link them up.
