How to Link Steam Accounts
It's actually not possible to directly link multiple Steam accounts together in the way you might link social media accounts. If you're trying to share your game library between accounts, you can use the Steam Family Sharing feature. This lets you authorize another person's computer to access your games, but they won't be able to play them at the same time you are.

Can't directly link accounts, mate. Use Family Sharing to share games instead. Just remember, simultaneous play is a no-go with shared games.
Direct linking of accounts isn't a thing. Steam keeps us all on our separate islands.
