Locking stuff in Fallout 76 is all about keeping those pesky intruders out of your precious stash. You gotta craft or find a lock first. Then, attach it to your doors, containers, or whatever you're trying to keep safe by going into build mode, selecting the item, and hitting the option to lock it. You can choose different lock levels, higher the level, tougher it is to pick!

Lock it down, Fallout style! Just hit up build mode, click on what you wanna lock, and slap a lock on it. Don't forget, higher level locks need more skill to pick, so keep those goodies safe!
Been playing since day 1, and locking my base has saved my loot more times than I can count. Get yourself some locks, and use build mode to secure everything. It's a post-apocalyptic world out there; don't make it easy for looters!
Honestly, locking things is a waste. If someone wants in, they'll get in. Better to keep your valuables on you.
