Easy peasy! Just boot up the other PS4, go to 'New User,' select 'Create a User' or 'Add User,' and then log in using your existing PSN credentials. Done and done!

From the main menu, head to 'Power,' then 'Switch User' or 'Log Out of PS4' if needed. Next, choose 'New User' and sign in with your PSN account information. You're all set!
