Super easy! Tap the Poké Ball to open the main menu, then go to 'Settings'. Scroll down and tap 'Sign Out'—boom, you're logged out!

Just hit the Poké Ball, go to 'Settings', and scroll all the way down till you see 'Sign Out.' Click it, and you're done!
