You have to plant them using a garden plot. Go to the Home Store, buy a garden patch, and select 'carrots' for your sim to plant. Happy gardening!

You need to plant carrots in a garden patch. Just buy a garden patch from the Home Store and have your Sim plant carrots. Easy peas-y carrot-free-sy!

I do this all the time! Just go to any garden patch you've bought, tap it, and select the carrot option. Then wait for them to grow.
