Why would you want to? Vibration just drains the battery faster.
First-hand experience here: Just hit the PS button in the middle of your controller, scroll to 'Controller Settings,' and select 'Vibration Function.' Turn it ON, and voila! Your controller will vibrate in supported games.
Simply go to Settings, then Accessory Settings, and turn on the Vibration Function.
