You can't use the same email for multiple PSN accounts. It's a one-email-one-account deal. Try creating a new email and use that.

You can’t. One email per account. Period. Just make a new email. Easy peasy.

Sorry, PlayStation Network only lets you use one email per account. You'll need to create a new email address if you want another PSN account.

I tried this myself – you can’t reuse the same email for another PSN account. It’s best to create a new email to register a new one.
