Easy peasy! First, unlock the 'Castle Floors II' research from the Library. Then, just use stairs to connect the floors. Voila, second floor!

Absolutely doable! Once you have the right blueprints, you can start by building stairs and placing floors on top of your existing structure. It's all about stacking those decks.
