Just hit up a chemistry station if you’ve got the recipe. Ingredients can be a bit of a pain to gather, especially the Ash Rose, but it's totally worth it. Keeping a stock of antibiotics helps a ton with avoiding diseases from those pesky rad-rats.

Honestly, finding the recipe is the hardest part. Once you've got it, crafting antibiotics is easy. Keep an eye on vendor inventories for the ingredients if you're not up for foraging.

Pro tip: Join a group! Sometimes other players will craft antibiotics for you if you're low-level or just if you ask nicely. Plus, exploring with others is more fun, and they can show you where to find ingredients.

To craft antibiotics in Fallout 76, you need to first find the recipe. These can sometimes be found at medical supply vending machines or looted from containers. Once you have the recipe, head to a chemistry station. You'll need the following ingredients: 2 Ash Rose, 2 Bloodleaf, 2 Firecap, 2 Snaptail Reed, 1 Purified Water, and 1 Antiseptic. Mix them all together at the chemistry station, and voila, you have your antibiotics!

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
