Been there, done that! All you need to do is log out of your current PSN account, then go to 'New User' on your PlayStation console, and click on 'Create a User.' You can then set up a new PSN account from scratch.

I have multiple PSN accounts for different regions. Just make sure you use a different email and follow the on-screen instructions when setting up each new account.
