Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > PlayStation Subscriptions. Find your PS Plus subscription and turn off Auto-Renewal. Easy peasy!

Log in to the PlayStation Store on your console or computer, go to Subscriptions Management, and toggle off the Auto-Renew option for PS Plus. Problem solved!

Just log in to your PlayStation account on a web browser, navigate to Subscriptions, and select Turn Off Auto-Renew on your PlayStation Plus subscription.
