Open Steam in Desktop Mode, right-click on the game, select 'Manage,' then 'Set Custom Artwork,' and upload your image. Easy peasy!

Switch to Desktop Mode on your Steam Deck, then right-click the game in your library, go to 'Manage,' and pick 'Set Custom Artwork' to upload your chosen image.

Just hop into Desktop Mode, right-click your game, and change your game art under 'Manage' > 'Set Custom Artwork.' I've done it a bunch of times!
