I tried doing this myself and found out that merging accounts isn't possible. You can link your EA account to both platforms, but your progress won't carry over.

Unfortunately, you can't directly merge Apex Legends accounts between PS4 and PC. You'll need to start fresh on PC, but you can use the same EA account for cross-progression in the future!

Nope, can't merge them. It's a bummer, but you'll need to grind all over again on PC.
