Unfortunately, you can't directly transfer a Fortnite account to another PSN account. But you can unlink your Epic Games account from the current PSN and link it to a new one. Just be careful, as this might reset your progress tied to the PSN account!

You cannot move a Fortnite account between PSN accounts. Try creating a new Epic Games account instead!
