Actually, you can't really 'move' songs between playlists. You just add them to the new playlist and delete from the old one.
Easy peasy! Just drag and drop the songs to rearrange them in your Spotify playlist. Works like a charm!
From my experience, using the desktop app makes it way easier to organize playlists. Just grab the track and drag it around!
