Moving SPECIAL points in Fallout 76 gets pretty straightforward once you hit level 50. Every time you level up past 50, you get the option to either pick a new perk card or transfer a SPECIAL point from one category to another. So keep leveling up and make those strategic moves!

Just hit level 50, and then you can shuffle your SPECIAL points all you want. It's like real life, except you can't redo your IRL mistakes by leveling up.

Honestly, I just focus on getting the build right the first time. Respecing after level 50 feels like admitting defeat to me.
