So, moving Steam games to an SSD isn't the dark art it might seem! The first thing you wanna do is create a new Steam library in your SSD. You can do this by going to Steam -> Settings -> Downloads -> Steam Library Folders -> Add Library Folder. Choose your SSD as the location, and bam, you've got a new home for your games. Then, right-click the game in your library you wanna move, go to Properties -> Local Files -> Move Install Folder, and select your new SSD library. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Honestly, just drag and drop. Steam's got this feature where it fixes paths automatically if you move games between folders/libraries. So, make a library on your SSD, shut down Steam, copy the game files over, restart Steam, and it'll be like

Lemme offer a hot take: You don't NEED to move all your games to an SSD. Sure, load times are faster, but for some games, it's not gonna make a big difference. Save the space for your faves that benefit from that speedy load time.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
