First, make sure the console is unplugged! Then, remove the screws on the bottom of the PS3 Slim. Slide the top cover off and you'll have access to the internals.

Opening the PS3 Slim is pretty straightforward. Unplug it, remove the screws from the bottom, and just slide the top cover off. Easy peasy!
