Unfortunately, there's no official way to play Battlefield 1 multiplayer on PlayStation without a PS Plus subscription. Gotta shell out for that membership!

Sorry, but you'll need PlayStation Plus to play Battlefield 1 multiplayer on PS4 or PS5. No way around it!

I tried finding a loophole myself but no luck. You need a PS Plus subscription to play Battlefield 1 multiplayer.
