Easy-peasy: Open your story, tap on the sticker icon, select the 'Link' sticker, and paste your URL. Boom, done!
If you don't have the Swipe Up feature, use the 'Link' sticker. It's in the sticker tray, and you can add your URL there.
If you have over 10k followers or a verified account, just use the Swipe Up feature! Otherwise, use the link sticker in the sticker tray while editing your story.
