First off, you gotta find the munitions factory. Once you're there, look around for a Power Box, usually found on the outside wall of the factory or very close by inside. You’ll need to generate 100 power to get things running smoothly, so here's the trick: Set up Power Generators (the large ones produce 10 power each, so you'll need 10 of them) and connect them all to the Power Box with wires. Boom, you're in business making ammo!
