You need a soccer ball and a couple of Sims to practice football. Drop the ball on the ground, tap it, and select 'Practice!'

Honestly, just get your Sim to a Soccer Field and let them practice. It's a great way to get them up and moving!

Just buy a football from the store and place it in your Sim's house. Tap on it and choose 'Practice Soccer.' Simple as that!
