Preloading games on Steam is super easy peasy! First, make sure you've pre-purchased the game. You can't preload without doing that step. Once the preload option is available (usually a few days before the game's release), Steam will show a 'Preload' button right on the game's store page or in your library if you've already bought it. Just hit that button, and the download will start. Remember, you won't be able to play until the official release date and time.

Just click 'Preload' when you see it in your library, assuming you've already bought the game. Steam won't let you play until the game's official launch, though.

Honestly, I've never seen the big deal with preloading. Just download the game when it comes out. Unless you're still on dial-up, it's not like it takes that long.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
