Fire up Desktop Mode on your Steam Deck, install a Linux-compatible VPN like ExpressVPN, connect to your desired server, and you’re good to go!

It’s pretty simple! First, download a VPN app that’s compatible with Linux (like NordVPN or ProtonVPN). Then, install it using the Steam Deck’s Desktop Mode. Easy peasy!

You don’t need a VPN on your Steam Deck. Just enjoy the games, my friend.

I use a VPN on my Steam Deck all the time! First, switch to Desktop Mode, download a VPN service that supports Linux (I use ProtonVPN), and follow the installation instructions. Works like a charm!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
