How to Put Entire Team on Overwatch in XCOM 2
Easy peasy! In XCOM 2, select each soldier one by one and press the 'Y' button on Xbox or 'Triangle' on PlayStation to put them on Overwatch. On PC, you’ll use the 'O' key or click the Overwatch icon. It’s a bit tedious, but hey, better safe than sorry, right?

You can't. Sorry, gotta do it one soldier at a time!
From my experience commanding troops in XCOM 2, you have to manually put each soldier on Overwatch. So, go through your squad and press the appropriate Overwatch button for each one. Keeps you on your toes!
Just go through each squad member and hit the Overwatch button (Y/Triangle/O depending on your platform). You're good to go!
