Getting Epic Games on your Steam Deck isn't as straightforward as Steam games, but it's totally doable! The Steam Deck runs on SteamOS by default, but you can switch to Desktop Mode. Once there, install the Heroic Games Launcher (a third-party, open-source Epic Games Launcher). This lets you access and play your Epic Games library. Just remember, it's a bit of a workaround, so some titles may not work perfectly.

Honestly, just stick to Steam games on the Steam Deck. The hassle isn't worth it for Epic titles.

The easiest way? Just install Windows on your Steam Deck. You'll lose out on some of that optimized SteamOS goodness, but hey, you'll get full access to the Epic Games Store. Not the purest solution, but it works.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
