Recording clips on the Steam Deck is super easy! Just press the 'Steam' + 'X' buttons at the same time to start recording. To stop recording, just press the same combo again. Your clips will automatically save in your video library. Happy gaming!

You just gotta hit Steam + X, mate. It starts and stops the recording. No faffing about.

Honestly, I tried recording, but it feels clunky. I prefer using an external capture device for better quality. The built-in feature is okay for quick clips, though.
