You need to contact EA customer support. They can assist in recovering your deleted game data. It's a bit of a hassle, but it works.

Check if you had linked your game to Facebook or Google Play. If so, you can just re-download the app and restore your progress from there. Easy peasy!

Honestly, if you didn't back up your game to the cloud or a social media account, you might be out of luck. Start backing up, folks!

If your Sims FreePlay data got deleted, your best bet is to restore from a cloud save. Make sure you're logged into the same account you used to back up your game! Good luck!

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
