You can also redeem codes through the PlayStation app. Just open it up, go to the Store section, and select 'Redeem Codes' from the menu.

Super easy! Just go to the PlayStation Store on your console. Scroll down to the bottom of the sidebar and you'll see 'Redeem Codes.' Enter your code there and boom, you're done!
