Unfortunately, you can't redeem codes directly in the Pokemon GO app on iPhone! You'll need to visit the Niantic Rewards website (rewards.nianticlabs.com) and log in with your Pokemon GO account. Then just enter the code, and boom, rewards are yours!

Trust me, I've done this a dozen times. Go to the Niantic Rewards website on your iPhone's browser and log in to your Pokemon GO account. After entering the code, rewards will automatically appear in your game. Simple and quick!
