Quick tip: You can also redeem Steam keys directly in the Steam client on a PC or laptop and the game will appear in your library on the Steam Deck too. Super handy if you're already at your computer!

Redeeming a Steam key on your Steam Deck is super simple! Just fire up your Steam Deck, hit the Steam button to open the main menu, and navigate to the 'Store' section. From there, look for the '... More' button at the bottom of the sidebar. Click it, and you'll see an option that says 'Activate a Product on Steam.' Hit that, follow the prompts to enter your key, and you're all set. Happy gaming!

Nah, just do it on a PC. Much easier.

I redeemed a game last week directly on my Steam Deck! It's totally doable and the game showed up in my library instantly. The interface is pretty user-friendly, so you shouldn't have any trouble.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
