PSN refunds are nearly impossible if you've downloaded the game. Good luck!

To refund a game on PSN, go to the PlayStation support website, select 'Refunds,' and then use the 'Refund Chatbot' to start the process. Be sure to do it within 14 days of purchase and haven't downloaded the game!

Been there! Head to the PlayStation website, find the 'Request A Refund' section, and use their chatbot to guide you through. Got my refund within a week.
