Easy peasy! Go to 'Settings' on your PS3, then 'System Settings,' and find 'Manage Account.' From there, just follow the prompts to register your device. Simple as that!

From my experience, head to 'Account Management' under 'PlayStation Network' on your PS3. Select 'System Activation' and choose what type of content you'll be accessing. You're all set!
