Unfortunately, you can't fully remove ads from Instagram since it's how they keep the app free. But you can provide feedback on the ads you don't like by clicking the three dots on the top right corner and selecting 'Hide Ad.' Instagram will start showing you more relevant content!
Instagram needs ads to stay free. Deal with it or use a third-party app to block them (not officially recommended).
