Go to Settings > Family Management > Select the member you want to remove and hit 'Remove from Family'. Easy peasy!

You just need to go to Settings > Account Management > Family Management > Select the user > Remove from Family. Done!

You can remove a family member from PSN by navigating to Account Management > Family Management and then selecting the person you want to boot and clicking 'Remove from Family'. You'll be free of that pesky cousin soon enough!
