Place the PS5 on a flat surface, remove the stand if attached, give a slight lift to the corner near the logo, and slide to the side. Done!

Super easy! Lay your PS5 on its side, grip the corner of the faceplate near the PlayStation logo, and slide it down towards the base till it pops off.

Just gently grip the edges and slide off towards the base, no tools needed. Trust me, it's not rocket science!
