I tried to unlink my PSN from Genshin and found out you need to reach out to miHoYo's support team. They were really helpful and managed to sort it out for me.

Good luck trying! Apparently, miHoYo doesn't allow unlinking PSN from Genshin Impact.

Honestly, you're kinda stuck with the PSN link. Just create a new miHoYo account if you really need a fresh start.

You can't unlink a PSN account directly from Genshin Impact once it's linked. The best bet is to contact miHoYo's customer support for assistance.
