Removing the SD card from your Steam Deck is pretty simple! First, ensure your Steam Deck is completely turned off to avoid data corruption. Then, locate the SD card slot on the bottom of the device. You'll find a small cover that you need to gently open. Press the SD card inwards slightly until it clicks, and then release it. The card should pop out a bit, allowing you to grab it and pull it out all the way. Just be gentle to avoid damaging the card or the slot!

Actually, I never remove mine. Swapping cards often might wear out the slot, so I just upgrade to a bigger one when needed. Consider doing the same if you're constantly running out of space.

Just push it in a bit, it'll click and pop out. Easy peasy.

lol just yank it out, it's not rocket science. But for real, turn it off first and do the clicky thing.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
