How to Remove Spotify
To remove Spotify from your device, just uninstall it like any other app. On Windows, go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program. For Macs, drag Spotify to the Trash from your Applications. On phones, long-press the app icon and select 'Uninstall' or 'Remove'. Easy peasy!

If you want to cancel your Spotify subscription, go to your account page on the Spotify website and select 'Change Plan'. From there, you can choose to cancel your Premium subscription.
Just delete the app.
