Just click on 'Users' on the XMB, scroll to the user you wanna remove, hit that Triangle button, and choose 'Delete'. Done and dusted!

Go to 'Users' in the XMB (XrossMediaBar), highlight the user you want to delete, press Triangle, then select 'Delete'. Easy peasy!

Been there! Head to 'Users' on the main screen, select the user using Triangle, and hit 'Delete'. Worked like a charm for me!
