To report a player, you can use the in-game help feature. Just tap the Poké Ball menu, then go to Settings > Help > Contact Us. Fill out the form with the necessary details and submit it. Niantic will check it out!

I once had an issue with another player and reported them by emailing Niantic directly at [email protected]. Be sure to include your player name, the offender’s name, and details about the incident. Worked for me!
