Collectables don鈥檛 reset, but they respawn. Fast travel, save, reload, rinse & repeat.
Just reload your save, collectables should appear in the same spots!
Best way to reset collectables? Fast travel to another location and come back. Boom, fresh collectables ready to be grabbed.
From my experience, fast traveling back and forth between areas is the quickest way to get those shiny collectibles back in action. Give it a shot!
