Resetting the shop isn't actually a feature in the game. Bummer, right? But hey, patience is a virtue!
Unfortunately, there's no official way to reset the shop in Lumber Tycoon 2. Your best bet is to wait for it to restock naturally or join a new server where the shop is fresh.
From my experience, resetting a shop isn't possible. I usually just log off and join a new server if I need a fresh start.
