How to reset suggested Reels on Instagram
Just like cleaning out your closet, sometimes you need to refresh your Instagram suggestions. Go to the Explore page, find Reels you don’t like, tap the three dots, and select ‘Not Interested!’ Do it for a bunch, and Instagram will get the hint.

There's no magical reset button, unfortunately. But you can 'teach' Instagram by marking Reels you don’t like as 'Not Interested'. Happy cleaning!
To reset your suggested Reels, you need to interact less with the type you don’t want and more with what you do. Double-tapping and commenting on your faves will help steer the algorithm.
Just keep hitting 'Not Interested' on the Reels you don’t like. Instagram eventually catches on.
