You can restore your Dokkan account by contacting Bandai Namco support and providing them with as much information as possible about your account, such as your player ID, the name of your leader character, approximate rank, and details of recent in-game purchases. Good luck summoning your favorite characters again!
From experience, having your transfer code saved or a screenshot of it is a lifesaver. If you have that, you can use it in the app to get your account back!
Honestly, if you didn't back up your data or link your account, you might be out of luck. Always back up!
