Returning a gifted game on Steam is pretty straightforward if you know the steps. First up, the game can't be activated or played by the person who received the gift. lol just hit 'em up saying you don't want it and they can do the rest. works most of the time if you haven't touched the game.
Actually, you can't really 'return' a game on Steam if you've redeemed it. The whole process is kinda set up to discourage flipping games. Best bet is to make sure you don't accept the gift until you're sure you want it, or have the person who gifted it handle the refund process before you claim it.
