If you got a digital game from the PlayStation Store, go to the 'Refund to Wallet' section under 'Purchase History' and start your refund request! Easy peasy!

Did this recently! For digital games, contact PlayStation's Customer Service. They were super helpful with my case since I hadn’t played more than 2 hours.

Honestly, good luck with that. Sony's refund policies are strict. Not many get their money back.

For physical games, just take 'em back to the retailer where you bought them. Keep your receipt, or you might be out of luck.
